Francesco Prestia was found dead in an olive field in Mileto, Italy with three bullets to his chest.
The Killer, Alex Pititto went to the police to report himself and narrated how he saw that his friend liked the new photo of his girlfriend on Facebook. He saw it as a lack of respect and invited his friend Francesco Prestia to an open field to meet him where he carried out the murder. He led the police to the remote olive field where they found the body of Francesco.
Alex Pititto is has been labeled on media to be the son of Italian mafia boss Salvatore Pititto, also known as the uncle or El Too
